After creating and editing the campaign, the next step is to open the campaign. The guide says "In order to open a campaign, click on "Open Ticket" on the sidebar. Note that this action can only be done by the Campaign Manager, or the creator of the Campaign ticket". However, on my sidebar, the option "OPEN TICKET" is not there, so i have been stocked there. Under workflow, i can only cancel ticket and request approval of manager, there is open ticket there
