I am unable to view my name in the screenshots I made. At which point am I supposed to see my name as the creator of the file?

You should see your name on the History Tabs for each task. 

Thanks for your reply. Yes I can see my name in the history tab. Am I supposed to include the screenshot of the history tab in addition to that?

I have read the assignment over and over again. I have clicked on the "view" tab of John Doe and I have the same results. My name is not appearing anywhere.
