 when i jump Related Sale Packing List, i got message " No Sale Packing List related" although i confirmed sales order.

still i have problem. when i press save button i got error message

That screenshot is so blurry, I cannot even read the error message. 

What does it say? Can you also make a better screenshot of the page before you save it? Was it Sales Order?

yes that was sale orders. i got this message

Did you "Apply Sale Trade Condition" in the action menu?

Is that was causes the error?
